Well, It's Official...

We have a renter. She's a single, young teacher...with a Chocolate Lab like Bailey. I've met her briefly, she seems nice.

Brett is coming here to move us on the 26th or 27th of this month.

We're moving in THREE weeks!!!!!! Gosh, I hate packing.
