My first thoughts for tonight. The death of Natasha Richardson.
I don't know why this has touched me so deeply. Maybe it's because it was SO random. It's not that I'm sitting at home crying or anything, but, wow. How sad. She's on a beginner's ski run, randomly falls, gets up well and an hour later is in critical condition. And now she's gone. Unbelievable.
Maybe what bothers me is this can happen to ANY of us. It certainly makes you think about how quickly someone can be taken from you. How EASILY someone can be taken away from you.
So very sad.

Its funny it made me think too how short life is and how random this was too. Its sad too cause her kids are still young.
